Arlington's CS13 can be installed in a standard
round punched 1" K.O. (1-3/8 diameter). First snap the bushing section into the K.O.
hole in a metal stud. Place wires between the serrated forks and insert into the bushing
section. The washer section can either be left attached or can be discarded.
The CS13 can also be installed with a sheet metal
screw on a wood or metal stud by placing the "U" channel portion in the center of the stud and fastening with a
screw. You can also install the "U" channel on a wood stud with an NM cable
staple. Cable or cables can then be placed between serrated forks. Install mating bushing
over serrated forks to secure cable(s). The washer section can either be left attached or
discarded. If necessary, wires can be added or removed from the cable support by simply
compressing serrated forks together and sliding off the mating washer.
