Installation instructions for
8081 and 8081DBL

Note: 8081F through 8091F may be used when siding is already installed. Just score and break off flange before doing step one.

Installation instructions
for 8081F through 8091F

1. Place box section in
desired location and
pencil outline onto
siding.

1. Before siding is
    installed, using the
    flanged style,
    screw the box to
    the wall using the
    holes provided in
    the flange.

2. Pull the wire
    through the
    knockout of your
    choice.

2. Cut along pencil line
with razor knife and
remove vinyl siding.

3. Mount box section to
substrate. Caulk as
required

4. Place siding block
over box section
(8081 shown).

3. Install siding
    around box
    section and
    caulk as
    required.

4. Attach the
cover (8081F
shown)

5. Connect the
wires and install
the fixture.

install fixtures.

Siding block cover is placed over the electrical box.

The rectangular hole provides access to the wire connections.
