When will my order ship?
Unfortunately, we currently are unable to estimate shipping times due to COVID. These delays may be compounded by product availability, holidays, or inclement weather.
How do I know if Arlington has received my order?
Enter your purchase order above to track your order. There may be up to a (3) hour delay before your order status is available online after submitting your order. If your order status is still not available after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.
What happens if my order cannot be found?
Ensure you are entering your purchase order correctly. Arlington limits purchase order numbers to (13) alpha-numeric characters. Try removing any symbols or spaces from your order number and try again.
If you placed your order through EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), it may take up to 24 hours before your order status is available online. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us for further assistance.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact the shipping location or Arlington as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may not be cancelled, and any products added to an order are not guaranteed to be processed on the same shipment.
How can I return an item?
